Finances/Crew List – FMP

The following is a list of costs and expenses made during the two days of filming so far. day 3 will be added once complete. Note: I got my cast on expenses only and provided a small lunch to cast and crew. My crew list for the two days shooting will also follow this.

Day 1:

Transport

  • 2 Taxi’s from Ellen Terry to Central Vision TV = £16
  • 2 Taxi’s from Central Vision TV to the Quids Inn = £12
  • 1 Taxi from The Oak to Gov’s to store equipment = £7
  • Chris Smart’s Train to Coventry = £5
  • Aslihan’s Petrol Costs = £10
Food
  • Sandwiches/drinks/sausage rolls for crew = £7 Prepared the night before (more later)
Locations
  • Central Vision TV office = £10 per hour (may be reduced later)
The cameras, further location and equipment I was fortunate to get for free. Most equipment was from the loan shop with the exception of Tayo’s 5D which we used as a secondary camera. The Quids and the lock up were used free of charge.
Day 2:
Transport
  • Taxi into uni = £6
  • Taxi from university to Gov’s house = £7
  • Taxi to get missing equipment = £6
  • Chris’ Train = £5
  • Chris’ Taxi = £10
Food:
  • Lunch for crew around all day = £16.80
  • Crisps/drinks = £6
Locations were free of charge again today, Gov also saved me some further money by agreeing to store the equipment at his house over the tuesday and wednesday evenings.
Day 3:
Cost: £5 Chris Train.
FINAL COST = £128.80
